card number and other billing information. Your personal information such as all that were mentioned above
will never be sold for solicitation your information will be kept privet.

You may be asked to provide personal information. Such as, personal information when you schedule an
appointment for services at your home or office,purchase products, participate in a sweepstakes, promotion or
survey, and / or participate in other activities with UNITED TECHS entities.

UNITED TECHS uses the information you provide in order to carry out requests for services or information;
provide customer services; administer sweepstakes, promotions or surveys; offer new products or services;
marketing endeavors and offers; conduct research and analysis; send marketing communications; or perform

DOES UNITED TECHS SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?
UNITED TECHS does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. UNITED TECHS may need to
share your personal information with certain third parties such as our service providers and other representatives
for limited purposes. For example, UNITED TECHS may share personal information with third parties to perform
services such as sending marketing mail, servicing products, conducting research, analysis or administering
surveys, sending regular email on behalf of UNITED TECHS, processing credit card payments, administering
sweepstakes, providing call center services, data storage and hosting services.
The third parties with whom UNITED TECHS dose business with are only authorized to use your information to

UNITED TECHS is an opt-out organization. Once UNITED TECHS receives your information, UNITED TECHS
may send you marketing communications that contain valuable offers, promotions and other content. You
always have the ability to opt-out of receiving future marketing communications from UNITED TECHS.
To change your status with respect to receiving marketing communications from UNITED TECHS, you may
1.Follow the directions on a marketing e-mail or direct mail marketing communication from us. Marketing
communications from UNITED TECHS will tell you how to stop receiving them.
2.Call 1-866-467-0362 , request to opt-out of marketing communications and provide your current contact
information.
UNITED TECHS will take the appropriate action to implement your request to opt-out of receiving marketing
communications. In order to remove you from UNITED TECHS marketing lists, it may take up to 15 business
days for emails, 30 calendar days for phone calls.
Until the change takes effect, you may still receive marketing communications from UNITED TECHS.
Also, please note that even though you may have requested not to receive future marketing communications,
you may still receive business-related communications such as appointment confirmation calls, billing
information.
